Make sure you are connected to a CMU institutional Wi-Fi inside the university.
You may connect to:

• Student Wi-Fi Access / Library Free Wi-Fi at the University Library, or

• Student Wi-Fi Access at the E-Library.

After connecting to the university Wi-Fi, open your browser and type the following local host IP address: 192.168.50.3:8080 

You may also scan the provided QR code to access the Digital Library Portal. 

Once redirected to the website, create your own account if you do not have one yet by clicking Create an Account.
Fill out the required information:

• Full Name

• Email / CMU ID

• Username

• Password
  Then click Create Account.

After creating your account, log in using your username and password. 

Click Account located at the upper-right corner of the page. 

Select My Account / Profile. 

Click Submit Title. 

Select the subject:

Academic Year 2025–2026 – Dissertations/Proposals/Theses

Then enter your thesis title proposal and click Submit. 

Click the Kebab Menu (three-dot menu button). 

Select Upload. 

1. Fill out the required details:

• Last Name

• First Name

• Thesis Title

• Abstract

• Research Number

• College

• Course

• Year Graduated

Then upload your PDF file.
Note: The PDF file must not exceed 5 MB.

After successfully submitting to the Theses Repository, proceed to the Information Desk for verification by the assigned in-charge and submit one (1) hard copy of your thesis.
