The short answer is, yes. The Office of the Library Services counts how many visitors visit each day.
Can we borrow books and take them home?
Can we borrow books and take them home?
Yes, you can. Just present your library card and be sure to return the book on its scheduled return date. Failure to return the book on said date will result to a fine of 5 pesos for each passing day. Users can borrow 2 non fiction books, and 1 fiction book.

Yes. Users must attend the library orientation in order to know how to use the library services and what library services they can avail. It is essential to have a library card in order to be cleared.
